All address changes must be submitted in writing with a signature. For your protection and per Company policy, address changes cannot be made over the telephone. You may download the “Change of Address” form under the Owner Relations section of our website and send it to the mailing address above, or scan it and send via e-mail to ownerrelations@rsppermian.com. Address changes and changes of ownership may take up to 60 days to process and update in the system. We appreciate your patience during this processing time. Please feel free to contact us at any time to check the status of your request. We are happy to help.

RSP Permian processes and disburses thousands of interests each month. Our revenue cycle allows for requested changes to your account up until the 15th of each month. Revenue checks are mailed on the last business day of each month, and will cover oil sales for the previous month and gas sales for the month prior to oil sales. As an example, RSP’s June check will cover May oil sales and April gas sales. For newly-drilled wells, initial payments may take up to 120 days after the end of the first month of production sales. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your check in the mail.

Yes, RSP Permian has a minimum payment policy of $100.00 (USD). A payment will automatically be issued during the revenue cycle upon meeting this minimum amount. At least once in each calendar year, you will be issued a payment for any amount due regardless of the minimum payment amount.

1099’s are mailed on or before January 31st following the end of the taxable year. In the event January 31st falls on a weekend, they may be mailed the following Monday. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your 1099 in the mail.

If a check becomes misplaced or lost in the mail and never received, two weeks after you should have received it, please call the Owner Relations Toll Free number at 844-477-7411 (844-4RSP411) or e-mail at ownerrelations@rsppermian.com. RSP Permian will work diligently to cancel the prior check and immediately issue a new one. We appreciate your patience in this matter as RSP Permian will continuously be in-cycle with each new production month.
